Our training approach moves beyond basic technique to focus on the 'why' behind every shot. We don't just rely on our experience; we actively bring in global expertise, such as workshops with international coaches like Sergio Pagni, to teach our athletes how to control both aiming and release under pressure.

Our program covers:

• Biomechanical Analysis: Using video playback to fix posture and release timing, especially for compound and recurve setups.
• Mental Toughness: Archery is 90% mental. We integrate yoga and meditation sessions to help you handle tournament anxiety and target panic.
• Tournament Prep: From scoring logic to equipment tuning (stabilizer balancing and sight leveling), we prepare you for the realities of competitive formats like Khelo India and national championships.

We train in Gurugram, but we function as a community. Our coaches are certified at the national level and actively participate in judging seminars to stay updated with rule changes.
