- Furniture Setup: Selection and placement of high-poly furniture models (sofas, beds, lamps) from a proprietary library of 70k+ assets.
- Texturing: Advanced PBR material application to simulate realistic marble, wood grains, velvet, and glass.
Technical Delivery
- Lighting: Photorealistic setup (Daylight or Artificial Night lighting) using V-Ray or Corona render engines.
- Resolution: 4K UHD Resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) suitable for digital marketing and print.
- Revisions: 2 rounds included for changes to textures, colors, or minor furniture swapping.

Architectural Modeling
- Building Geometry: Detailed 3D modeling of exterior architecture including facade treatments, cladding, glazing, and railings.
