Unlike demonstration-style classes, our workshops are 100% hands-on. Every student works at their own station to measure, mix, and bake their batch from scratch. They leave with a box of their own creations and printed recipe cards so they can recreate these desserts at home.
A Full Day of Baking
Our Junior Baking Bootcamp is designed for children aged 7 to 17. We move beyond simple mixing to teach real techniques. Whether it is shortcrust pastry for tarts, tempering for chocolate barks, or temperature control for our signature eggless doughnuts, students learn the science behind the bake. Since we operate with a maximum of 10 students per batch, we ensure that every child gets individual guidance as they progress through the menu.
The Curriculum
We rotate our menu to keep things exciting, but the core focus remains on skill-building. Kids typically prepare four distinct items during the session, which might include:
- Pastry & Pies: Mastering dough consistency.
- Classic Desserts: Cheesecakes, mousse, and puddings, and mousses.
- Confectionery: Creating toffees or chocolate treats from scratch.
- Plating: Understanding presentation techniques that make desserts look professional.
Why Eggless?
Our studio is a strictly eggless environment. This ensures that every child can participate fully without dietary concerns. We also discuss ingredient sourcing, explaining the difference between maida and whole wheat, and providing a guide on where to buy quality supplies in Delhi NCR.
What to Expect
We provide all the tools, aprons, and ingredients. You do not need to bring anything. The day includes a hot, kid-friendly lunch and breaks for tea or juice. Students leave with their own box of goodies, professional packaging, and the confidence to replicate the recipes in their own kitchens.
