We’re Ekta & Nekta, sisters behind Authentique Bites. Baking keeps us close, and making eggless celebration cakes that look as good as they taste is our thing. Being named among the Top 10 Bakers in India feels great, but honestly, each cake has a bit of our madness and care in it.

What We Do

  • We only make 100% eggless cakes, so you don’t have to worry about who can eat what.
  • You dream up a theme - we’ll figure out the rest. Sometimes clients come with detailed ideas, sometimes just a vibe like "classy" or "Taylor Swift fan". Either way, I’m up for turning it into a designer birthday cake or a custom wedding cake design.
  • We’ve handled everything from grand wedding cakes to cute baby shower cakes, birthdays (from kids to seniors), and even cakes for exam results - NEET, board exams, you name it.

Themes & Flavours

  • No limit on themes: floral, boho, pop culture, cars, unicorns, underwater, bookish, sporty, and more.
  • If you hate fondant, bol do (just say) - our fondant-free cakes use buttercream art and modern touches.
  • Flavours? Chocolate, butterscotch, tiramisu, pineapple, mango, coffee, strawberry, and red velvet.

Extras

  • Edible portraits, lights, rotating tiers, personalized cake toppers - we love adding those special touches.
  • We bake fresh for every order. If you want something elaborate, letting us know 2-3 days ahead makes it doable.

My Story

Namaste! We’re Ekta and Nekta, sisters and the faces behind Authentique Bites. That Top 10 bakers award still makes us smile. Our thing? Eggless baking, always. Started out wanting to make sure anyone in Delhi could get a beautiful cake, no eggs needed. We go all out for every cake, big or small. Best part? Seeing kids beam in our baking workshops. Baking’s our way of sharing happiness, one sweet memory at a time.
