Many people worry about cabinets swelling in humid bathrooms, but that only happens with standard plywood. We use 18mm High Density High Moisture Resistant (HDHMR) boards for every vanity, combined with seamless, machine-pressed edge banding. This factory-controlled process ensures your vanity stays water-resistant and crisp, avoiding the common warping and peeling often seen with on-site carpentry.
Why Factory-Finished Vanities?
In a bathroom, the biggest enemy is moisture. When furniture is built on-site using standard methods, edges are often exposed, and the core material is susceptible to humidity. Our approach at Atulayam Designs is different. By manufacturing in a controlled factory environment, we ensure every panel is sealed perfectly with machine-pressed PVC banding. This creates a monolithic, water-resistant unit that won't absorb steam from your shower.

- Countertops: Whether you prefer the elegance of white marble, the durability of quartz, or the drama of black stone, we ensure proper sealing at the sink junction to prevent water seepage.
