About this collection

People often ask if I use fondant to achieve these sharp, clean edges. I don't. Everything you see here is crafted using premium ganache and buttercream. This approach ensures your cake tastes like real dessert rather than sugar paste, while still offering the precise, polished look you need for your event.

My process is built around turning buttercream and ganache into art. Whether I am using palette knife painting to add texture, applying gold leaf for a premium finish, or stenciling intricate patterns, the goal is always to create a centerpiece that looks sophisticated and tastes fantastic.

I handle a wide range of requests, from high-energy kids' themes like Peppa Pig and Cocomelon to structured, elegant cakes for corporate milestones and anniversaries. Because I don't use fondant, I rely on my piping and smoothing techniques to bring these designs to life.

  • Design & Concept: We discuss your theme, color palette, and any specific visuals you have in mind. I do not use 3D fondant figures, but I use custom acrylic toppers and high-quality cardstock cutouts to build the narrative.
  • Quality & Ingredients: I work with classic flavors like Vanilla, Chocolate Truffle, and Butterscotch. All my designs, whether a single-tier cake or a structural two-tier creation, are finished with stable, smooth ganache or buttercream.
  • Dessert Tables: Beyond just the main cake, I often assemble full dessert tables featuring matching cupcakes and gourmet cakesicles. This keeps the visual theme consistent across your entire spread.

If you have a specific date in mind, I recommend reaching out a few days in advance. This allows me enough time to prepare the structural elements and ensure the finishes are set perfectly for your celebration.
