About My Creative & Editorial Work
Whenever I take up a creative shoot or editorial project, I treat it as a masterclass in texture and precision. Unlike standard bridal requests, these looks allow me to play with high-fashion elements—like dramatic eye contouring, deeper color theory, and bold lipstick shades—that define the current editorial zeitgeist here in Delhi.
For me, creative shoots are where the real learning happens. They aren't just about pretty pictures; they are where I push my techniques to the limit. Whether it's replicating a royal vintage vibe inspired by period dramas or experimenting with a high-fashion, clean-skin look for a magazine concept, the approach is vastly different from a standard wedding day.
I spend hours experimenting with product placements—using brands like NARS for that high-gloss finish or Estée Lauder for base longevity—that I might not prioritize for a 12-hour wedding event. It's about knowing which pigments hold under heavy studio lights versus natural sunlight, and how to balance intense color with skin texture.
