Why I Teach
Makeup is my art, but teaching? That’s my second love. I’ve spent 12 years working with celebs and brides, but now I want to pass that magic on. After becoming a mom, I realized how much I enjoy nurturing new talent. My academy has that same energy - I treat students like family.
How We Work
It’s all about technique. I always say, products come and go, but skills stay forever. No need for fancy stuff right away - start with brands like Forever52, master your moves, then upgrade later. We dig into the 'how' and 'why' so you get it, not just repeat it.
What You’ll Learn
- Makeup: Product deep dives, HD makeup base techniques, color correcting, waterproofing, and working on all skin types - dusky, mature, anything.
- Bridal Looks: We practice Haldi, Engagement, and full Bridal transformation workshop so you can handle any client.
- Hairstyling: Four advanced styles, messy buns, front variations, perfect curls, and extension tricks.
- Saree Draping: Learn 4 saree draping styles to give your service that extra edge.

My Story
Hi, I’m Ashmita, heart and hands behind Monash Makeovers. Makeup’s been my world for 12+ years, but life? That’s the real artist. My husband, mera sab kuch (my everything), and our little Kanha changed me in ways I never knew. Maa banna (becoming a mother) – bas, sab kuch badal gaya (everything changed). Family is my jaan. Unke bina, kuch bhi adhoora (without them, everything’s incomplete). They’re my muse, my energy, my reason for every smile.

Makeup & Hairstyling Services - Bridal, pre-bridal, party glam, celebrity looks, professional hairstyling, and destination wedding makeup.
Signature Makeup Style - I do everything from natural bridal makeup to full Maharani bride glam. Always focus on flawless skin and expressive eyes.
How I Work - Technique first. Skin pehle dekhti hoon (I check your skin first), then decide—dewy makeup look or matte, depends on you.
Masterclasses - I teach makeup & hairstyle masterclass from basics to advanced at my Rohini and Paschim Vihar studios.
Special Moments - Celebrity work like Urvashi Rautela was special, but honestly, every bride is a star for me.
