- Welcome & Starters: Salt, pickle, Kosambari (salad), and 2 varieties of Palya (veg stir fry)
- Crisps: Happala, Sandige, and Chilli Bajji or Ambode
- Main Courses: Steamed Sona Masoori rice served with Ghee and Tovve, Huli (Sambar), and Pepper/Tomato Saaru

Menus That Travel the World
- My roots are in Karnataka traditional catering. If you want the real ele oota on banana leaf, with nuggekai soup and Mysore rasam, you’re in the right place.
- For a kick of North, I serve biryanis, shahi gravies, soft phulkas, or even a proper Rajasthani thali with all the royal touches.
- Craving something global? I do live food stations for events - pizzas, tacos, Asian stir fries, you name it.

- Love chaat? My gol gappa and palak patta stations always draw a crowd.

Seen everything - from tiny birthdays to huge celebrity weddings. Our venues, Ashirwad Banquets and Anantham by Nandi Hills, are like family to us. What keeps us going?
