About Modern & Chic Celebrations
My modern setups lean away from heavy, traditional drapes and toward clean structures, pastel palettes, and exotic florals like Hydrangeas and English Roses. I focus on creating a light, airy ambiance—whether it is a coffee plantation engagement or a swanky resort reception in Bengaluru—that feels sophisticated rather than over-done.
When planning a modern celebration, the goal is often to let the venue breathe. I use white glossy flooring, pastel georgette draping, and open-air truss structures that do not block the view of a beautiful resort or winery.
My Approach to Modern Decor
- Exotic Florals: For these themes, I use 100% real imported flowers. We skip the traditional heavy marigolds in favor of English Roses, Gypsophila, and lush Hydrangeas to maintain a contemporary look.
- Atmospheric Lighting: Lighting is the secret weapon for these events. I use fairy light tunnels, tree wraps, and subtle ceiling canopies to create a 'starry night' effect that works perfectly for evening cocktail nights or open-air dinners.
- Custom Signage: Your event entrance is the first thing guests see. I design personalized welcome boards on wooden easels, accented with asymmetrical floral arrangements rather than standard arches.
