About Power & Precision: Kicking Drills
Forget static repetitions. Here, we focus on dynamic resistance, reaction timing, and simulation-based drills. You will be using clapper pads for immediate audio feedback and working with resistance bands for cut kicks. It is intense, sweaty, and practical, designed to build the muscle memory you actually need on the mat.
The Science of the Strike
Taekwondo is more than just flexibility. It is about closing the distance, managing timing, and landing points under pressure. Our kicking curriculum moves beyond the basics to focus on combat-ready application.
How We Drill
We do not just stand around. Every session is designed to make you faster and more explosive:
- Audio-Feedback: We utilize double-clapper pads to ensure your technique is crisp. If you do not hear the snap, you are not doing it right.
- Resistance Training: Using bands for cut kicks adds the specific resistance required to build fast-twitch muscle fibers in your legs.
- Reaction Simulation: We simulate the clinch and the counter-attack, forcing you to think and react instantly.
Intensity Meets Structure
Training sessions run 60-90 minutes, 5-6 days a week in Madipur. We use professional 25mm EVA mats so you can push your limits safely. Whether you are a beginner learning your first front kick or a competitive athlete refining your strategy for state-level championships, the drill intensity scales. You show up, you work, you grow. That is the Aryans promise.
