Retail Store Launch Decor
Ceiling Arrangement
"Loose Drop" style arrangement with clusters of 3 or single balloons featuring curled ribbons taped to the ceiling. Approx. 200 to 300 balloons covering the main floor.
Entrance & Display
Standard spiral balloon arch (Single or Double door size) or column pillars at the entry in brand colors. Includes simple balloon bunches tied to key display products or vehicles.
Material Specs
Standard 10-inch Latex balloons. Air-filled only (non-helium). Installation by a team of 2-3 staff.
Wooden Pop-up Kiosk Rental
Structure Specifications
Custom-fabricated "House Frame" or "Canopy" style kiosk made from pine wood or ply with a natural or matte finish. Footprint approximately 6ft x 4ft or 8ft x 6ft.
Fixtures & Branding
Built-in wooden shelving or tiered racks for product display and one counter table for billing. Includes vinyl cut-out signage on the top header beam.
Lighting
Basic track lighting or clip-on focus lights (warm white) to highlight products. Includes concealed strip lighting at the base if required.
Office Milestone Celebration Decor
Backdrop Setup
8ft x 8ft display consisting of 3-panel arch structures or a sequin shimmer wall (Gold/Silver/Black). Includes customized branding text on sunboard.
Balloon Styling
Semi-organic balloon arch or L-shaped arrangement using Chrome and Metallic balloons (approx. 400 to 500 count). Includes foil accents like stars or champagne bottles.
Audio & Props
Standard corporate sound setup with 2 powered speakers, mixer, and cordless mic. Includes set of 3 cylindrical pedestals for cake cutting and awards.

Stage Infrastructure
16ft x 12ft wooden platform stage with carpet finish (Red/Grey) and black skirting masking. Height approx 1ft to 1.5ft.
Visuals & Branding
16ft x 8ft Flex Backdrop on a wooden frame with matte-finish printing to reduce glare. Includes one wooden podium with branding space and an easel welcome sign.
Audio & Lighting
Conference grade audio with 4 top speakers, 1 podium microphone, and 2 cordless hand mics. Includes 4-6 LED Par Cans on T-stands for stage wash lighting.
