Inside My Legal Practice and Courtroom Advocacy
Courtroom success is not an accident; it is the result of relentless preparation and teamwork. Here is a look at the spaces where I fight for justice and the dedicated team that supports every case I take on.
With a colleague outside the Supreme Court of India. Teamwork and collaboration are essential to building strong cases and achieving success for our clients.
A victory at the Punjab and Haryana High Court. It is always a fulfilling day when our hard work and preparation result in a favorable outcome for our client.
A moment outside the Delhi High Court. This is one of the key arenas where I fight for my clients' rights and freedom.

About In The Courts & With My Team
Law is not a solo sport. My courtroom presence relies heavily on my team of dedicated junior advocates who spend hours analyzing charge sheets, cross-referencing witness statements, and tracking procedural updates. When you hire me, you are not just getting an individual advocate; you are getting a unit that treats your case file with the same intensity as if their own name were on the line. We believe that a strong defense starts long before we step in front of the judge.
Where I Practice
My primary practice is centered at the Supreme Court of India and the High Courts of Delhi, Punjab, and Haryana. These aren't just buildings to me; they are my 'Karmabhoomi'. Whether it is securing bail in a complex criminal matter or arguing for the quashing of an FIR, being present in the courtroom is where I apply the strategies we develop in the office.
The Team Advantage
Legal battles are won on technicalities and evidence management. I have built a team that focuses on:
- Case Diary Analysis: Breaking down the police's version of events to find contradictions.
- Evidence Management: Handling digital evidence under Section 65B of the Evidence Act and ensuring it is admissible.
- Procedural Precision: Managing court registry protocols to avoid delays in urgent matters.
Why This Matters for You
Too many cases are lost because of poor file management or lack of coordination between the senior counsel and the clerks or juniors. I refuse to let that happen. My interns and associates are trained to be as aggressive about the facts as I am. By fostering a culture of mutual respect and mentorship, I ensure that my team is not just assisting me, but actively contributing to the strength of your defense. If you are looking for an advocate who is hands-on and supported by a structure that ensures no detail is overlooked, you are in the right place.
