About The Father & Child Bond
Fathers are often the most camera-shy members of the family, and that is exactly why I keep our sessions moving. We will not spend hours standing still. Instead, we play, you give shoulder rides, or just hang out with your little one. My goal is to make you forget there is a lens pointed at you, so the connection you see in these photos feels as real as it is at your home.
My approach to father-child portraiture is built on movement and comfort. I know that for many dads, being in front of a camera can feel awkward. That is why I ditch the static poses. Whether we are in your living room in Indirapuram or at a park in Jaipur, we focus on activities.
We might do airplane games, race through the grass, or just sit together reading a book. These are the interactions that define fatherhood, not forced smiles. I rely on natural light, preferably during the golden hour if we are outdoors, to give those warm, soft tones that make family photos feel timeless.
For these sessions, smart casual works best. Think simple shirts and jeans that let you move freely with your child. If your child is still an infant, we keep the pace slow and follow their lead.
After the shoot, I handle all the editing personally. I keep the colours true to life and focus on cleaning up the lighting so you get high-resolution images that are ready to print. No heavy retouching, just the authentic emotion of the moment.
