Behind the Scenes of Our Family Photoshoots
See how I keep sessions playful and stress-free to capture genuine smiles. No stiff posing—just real moments, natural light, and a little magic.
This video shows the setup and candid moments from a family photoshoot in a beautiful green field, including a miniature piano prop for the kids to interact with.

About Behind the Scenes
My shoots are more like a playdate than a structured photo session. Whether we are using a vintage piano prop in a park or simply running around to get that natural laugh, the goal is always to keep your little ones comfortable and happy. When kids are enjoying themselves, the best photos happen naturally, without anyone needing to say 'cheese.'
A Natural Approach to Family Photography
Capturing true expressions is impossible if everyone feels stressed or managed. My process focuses on creating an environment where children feel like they are just out for a day of fun. I use a mix of candid guidance and gentle interaction, allowing parents and kids to bond naturally while I document the connection.
Props that Spark Joy
I bring specific, carefully selected props—like miniature pianos, wooden vintage toys, or soft teepees—that add a creative touch without overwhelming the scene. These items aren't just for decoration; they give kids something to engage with, which helps draw out authentic reactions and curiosity.
Location and Light
Whether it is a serene park in Jaipur, a garden in Delhi NCR, or a scenic spot in Dehradun, I always aim for the golden hour. That soft, natural light works best for family portraits, giving the images a warm, dreamy quality. Because I travel extensively for these shoots, I am happy to scout locations that have meaning for your family or suggest spots that I know offer the perfect backdrop for outdoor photography.
What to Expect
There is no rigid posing in my sessions. We walk, we play, and we wait for the right moment. If a toddler needs a break or wants a snack, we pause. This patience is exactly how we get that spark in their eyes. It is not about perfect posture; it is about perfect memories.
