Featured Mehendi Designs and Natural Henna Art
A look at some of my favorite mehendi designs, from intricate bridal patterns to personal baby shower themes. Everything you see here uses my signature 100% natural, chemical-free henna.
This is the kind of detailed, full-arm mehendi I love to do. Notice the mix of dense floral patterns, delicate netting, and bold figures that cover the arms from fingertips to elbow.
This is the beautiful dark stain you get from my 100% natural henna. I don't use any chemicals, so the deep, rich color is completely real and safe for your skin.
I enjoy creating custom designs with special figures. This piece features majestic peacocks on one hand and a traditional temple motif on the other, telling a unique story.
I was honored to do the mehendi for Sandalwood stars Meghnaraj and Chiranjeevi Sarja. It was an unforgettable moment to be part of their celebration.
For engagement ceremonies, I can hide the couple's initials within the design. Here you can see the initials woven into a beautiful circular pattern, surrounded by lotus and jaali work.
This is an example of a modern Arabic fusion design. The pattern uses bold floral vines and leaves a lot of open skin, which makes the artwork really stand out.
Baby shower mehendi is so much fun to create. This design features a cute baby elephant on one palm and a baby cradle on the other, perfect for celebrating a mom-to-be.
I'm proud to have been recognized for my passion. This is the India MSME Handicraftes Award I received for Best Women Achiever in handmade carnival arts.
About Featured
You will notice the deep, rich color in these photos—that is the result of using purely organic henna without any chemical boosters. It takes about 24 hours for the stain to fully darken, but that natural maroon shade stays vibrant for much longer than the quick, temporary stains you might find elsewhere.
When you look through these designs, you are seeing the result of years of experimenting with henna paste to get the consistency just right. I do not use chemical cones or fillers, which means the paste needs a bit of patience during application, but the health of your skin and the quality of the stain are always my top priorities.
My Approach to Design
I treat every project differently because every client has a different story. For brides, I focus on 'Bharwa' or full-coverage traditional work that feels heavy and rich, often weaving in initials or specific motifs that mean something to you. For baby showers, the style shifts to something lighter—think tiny footprints, cradles, or playful calligraphy—that is comfortable for long sittings.
Why Natural Matters
I am based in Bengaluru and travel across the city for weddings and events. Being a 100% organic artist means I prep my henna paste personally before your event. If you are worried about sensitive skin or just want that classic, deep maroon stain that darkens naturally over two days, this is the only way to go.
Working Together
Whether you are planning a small engagement or a larger event, I work solo or with my team to ensure every guest gets a detailed design without having to wait in long lines. I have had the chance to work with many wonderful clients, including Sandalwood stars, but my favorite part of the job remains the same: the moment you see your hands after the henna has dried and tell me you love the design.
