This is a special design I did for a baby shower. It features a baby elephant and a cradle, along with other traditional patterns to celebrate the new arrival.
A popular request for engagements is to include the couple's initials. Here, I've placed them inside a decorative circle at the center of the palm.
For a client who wanted something truly unique, I created this design with peacocks and a temple. I love bringing your special ideas to life with henna.

About Designs for Special Occasions
I mix my own henna paste using only natural ingredients like eucalyptus and clove oil, so you get that deep, dark stain without any chemical risks. Since these designs are deeply personal, I always spend time with you beforehand to sketch out the details, whether it is hiding couple initials for your engagement or adding meaningful motifs like cradles or footprints for your baby shower.
Every design I create comes from a place of tradition and comfort. Because I use 100% organic henna, you never have to worry about skin irritation or artificial dyes. The deep, reddish-brown stain you see in my photos is entirely natural—what you see is exactly what you get, with no filters or tricks.
How I Approach Your Event
- Engagements & Roka: These sessions are intimate. I love working with couples to hide their initials within the design or incorporate the date of the proposal. We can do minimal Arabic styles or full-palm traditional patterns, depending on what you prefer.
- Baby Showers (Godh Bharai): For these events, I focus on symbols of new beginnings. I can draw everything from tiny footprints and baby elephants to cradles and sweet calligraphy. I am careful to keep the process comfortable, ensuring you can take breaks whenever you need to.
- The Process: I bring my own fresh, hand-mixed paste to your venue. The application time varies depending on the density of the design—usually 1.5 to 3 hours for detailed bridal-style work or faster for group party henna.
