Creative Art Classes for Kids Aged 7-9
At this age, art becomes more than just fun, it becomes a way for children to tell their own stories. Our classes help 7 to 9 year olds bridge the gap between imagination and technique, giving them the tools to turn their big ideas into detailed masterpieces.
Every brushstroke tells a story in 8-year-old Amrutha's vibrant waterfall landscape, a perfect example of her growing artistic skills.
We spark creativity in every child, like 8-year-old Sree Vaishnavi with her beautiful painting of a moonlit night sky.
Myra, age 9, shows brilliance that shines bright with her serene painting of a bridge over a lily pond.
Seven-year-old Hridyanshu expresses himself with this stunning mountain landscape, using poster colors to create a unique and vibrant piece.
Seven-year-old Praahi builds her creativity and confidence with this detailed drawing of a room's interior.
We inspire young minds like 7-year-old Advik Ansh to create and explore with his wonderful drawing of insects in nature.

About Creative Explorers: Art for Ages 7-9
We focus on moving beyond basic drawings by introducing perspective, shading, and diverse mediums like acrylics and mixed media. At Artklub, we make sure that while techniques get more structured, the joy of creating remains the heartbeat of every session.
Kids in the 7-9 bracket are ready for more. They are not just doodling anymore, they are observing the world, noticing how shadows fall, how colors blend, and how shapes fit together. We build on this natural curiosity.
In our classes, we introduce formal techniques like basic perspective, proportion, and color theory, all without losing that sense of play. Whether it is working with poster colors, learning the texture of mixed media, or mastering brush control for landscapes, every project is a deliberate step forward. We encourage students to experiment with different surfaces, including canvas boards and heavy GSM paper, which helps them understand how different materials react to paint.
We keep our batches small, with a maximum of 8 students per teacher. We know every child learns at a different pace, and this setup allows us to give individual feedback, whether a student needs help with anatomy or simply wants to try a bold new color palette. We have centers in Whitefield, JP Nagar, and Bilekahalli, and we also offer home-based workshops across Bangalore. All materials are included, from brushes to paints, so parents do not need to worry about the logistics. It is all about letting them focus on what matters most: the art.
