About First Strokes: Art for Ages 4-6
At this age, the goal is not perfection, it is connection—connecting a child's imagination to the paper in front of them. We focus on developing fine motor skills and shape recognition through guided play rather than rigid instructions. Every session is designed to turn those initial scribbles into confident expressions, ensuring your child learns the basics of color and form without ever feeling like it is a chore.
Building Foundations Through Play
Our 'Junior Artist' program is specifically designed for children aged 4 to 6, where the primary objective is to nurture a love for creation. We understand that at this developmental stage, the process of mixing colors or handling a brush is just as important as the final outcome. Our curriculum, the 'Junior Rookie' syllabus, centers on shape recognition, motor skill development, and basic perspective, all delivered in a low-pressure environment.
The Artklub Experience
We keep our classes intentionally small with a 1:8 teacher-student ratio. This ensures that every child receives the personal attention they need, whether they are struggling with holding a brush or need encouragement to try a new color palette. Our centers in Whitefield, JP Nagar, and Bilekahalli provide a safe space for this exploration.
Program Highlights
- Curriculum: 8 sessions per month, focusing on age-appropriate crafts and painting.
- All-Inclusive: We provide A3/A4 drawing files, cartridge sheets, and shared classroom access to oil pastels, wax crayons, and poster colors. You just bring the child.
- Certification: We acknowledge every child's effort with a Level Completion Certificate, building a sense of achievement and pride in their work.
Whether your child is painting their first sunset or experimenting with origami, our focus remains on 'Building Creativity and Confidence'. If you prefer, we also offer society workshops across Bengaluru and online classes to suit your schedule.
