Live Event Sketching for Your Party

When we set up our art station, we need a small 4x4 feet space and two chairs for your guests. Since each sketch takes about 10 minutes, we usually recommend our dual-artist setup for larger events to make sure no one is waiting too long in line.

When we come to your venue, we bring more than just pencils. We bring an experience. Watching a sketch come alive in real-time is entertainment in itself, and it gives your guests something to talk about long after the event ends.

Choosing Your Style

We offer two main styles for private events. Our live caricatures are playful, exaggerated, and great for breaking the ice at birthdays or corporate mixers where you want people to laugh. If you are hosting a formal event or a milestone anniversary, our realistic charcoal portraits are a better fit. These are detailed, emotional, and timeless.

We do not just hand over a piece of paper. Every sketch is protected in a clear polypropylene sleeve so your guests can carry it home without any smudging or damage. We use professional-grade ivory sheets and charcoal, the same materials we use for our work at India Gate.

Managing Your Event Flow

We have been doing this for 18 years, so we understand how to manage a crowd. For gatherings under 50 people, one artist is usually enough to give every guest individual attention. If you are expecting over 100 guests, booking both of us as a team helps us maintain the pace without sacrificing the quality of the art.

We provide all our own equipment, including portable easels and battery-operated lights, so you do not need to arrange anything other than the space. We travel across Delhi NCR, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh to bring our studio to your doorstep.
