The Process: From Idea to Ink

Most people come to the studio with a name in mind but aren't sure how it should look. My job is to help you visualize it. We start with digital drafting, where we test different fonts—whether it is a bold Calligraphy style for a wrist tattoo or a clean Typewriter font for the forearm.

Why Kannada Script?

Working with Kannada script is close to my heart. The language has beautiful, natural curves that look stunning when tattooed. I take extra care with the matra (vowel signs) and the flow of the letters so the tattoo remains readable and crisp over time. Whether you want a name in Kannada or a meaningful word in English, we ensure the linework is precise.

The Heartbeat & Symbols

Many clients want to add a deeper layer to their name tattoos. Adding a heartbeat line or a small infinity symbol is a common way to turn a name into a tribute. These are fine-line tattoos, which require a steady hand and a light touch. I use 3RL or 5RL needles for these designs to keep the lines thin and elegant, ensuring they don't spread as the skin heals.

Every needle is fresh, every surface is sterilized, and we use a high-precision thermal stencil so you can see exactly where the tattoo will go before we start. You don't have to be nervous; I walk you through the entire process, including the aftercare steps, so you know exactly how to keep your new art looking sharp.
