My studio in Abbigere is not just a place for commissions; it is where I experiment with unconventional textures. When I am not working on portraits, you might find me building faces out of thousands of individual metal screws or sketching caricatures using simple highlighter pens. These projects allow me to push the boundaries of what 'art' looks like and keep my creative process constantly evolving.
Every piece I create, whether it is a requested portrait or a personal experiment, is rooted in the same focus and devotion. You will see examples here of how I work with different materials—like using highlighter pens to create a pop-art style tribute to Ratan Tata, or the time-intensive process of screw art where I drill hundreds of pieces to form a single, recognizable face.
My studio is also a place of community. I am grateful for moments like the visit from fellow artists portraying characters from the Ramayana, who came to bless my workspace. It is these connections and the energy of my surroundings that truly fuel my work.
