Featured Hand-Painted Artwork Collection
A quick tour through my favourite pieces, from the bold energy of Kerala traditions to meditative galaxy mandalas. Every stroke here is handmade with heart.
I've captured the divine energy of Theyyam, a ritual performance art from Kerala. This painting highlights the performer's transformation into a deity, focusing on the elaborate headgear, intense expression, and the rich red and yellow pigments characteristic of this sacred tradition.
This piece is my tribute to the timeless art of Kalamkari. I used fine-line techniques to create this peacock, a classic motif, with its elaborate plumage detailed in warm, earthy tones against a contrasting teal background.
Inspired by the cosmos, this large mandala painting blends vibrant pinks, purples, and blues to create a galaxy effect. The detailed patterns and symmetrical design are intended to draw you in, making it a perfect statement piece for any wall.
Here is my painting of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles. I depicted him in a serene, meditative pose using a vibrant blue for his form, set against a warm, multi-colored aura to represent his divine and benevolent energy.
This is a close-up acrylic painting of a Kathakali performer's face on an 8x8 inch canvas. I focused on the iconic green 'Pacha' makeup, symbolizing a heroic character, and the dramatic expression conveyed through the eyes and lips.
A detailed mandala created with shades of blue and purple, symbolizing tranquility and spirituality. I've used fine-tipped markers to create layers of intricate patterns, with a central gem-like motif, all designed to create a sense of calm and focus.
About Featured
I use Fevicryl acrylics and Brustro brushes for most of my work because they provide the vibrant, long-lasting colour saturation that defines my style. Every canvas piece is finished with a protective gloss varnish, so you do not have to worry about dust or fading over time.
This gallery is a snapshot of my creative journey. When I paint, I try to capture the spirit of what inspires me, whether it is the raw intensity of a Theyyam dancer or the quiet geometry of a mandala.
My work is divided into a few key styles. For my Kerala heritage pieces, I focus on the expressive faces and rich pigments found in Kathakali and Theyyam. These are painted on canvas and usually take a bit more time to capture the details. Then there is my love for Kalamkari and cosmic themes, which I often execute on high-quality cartridge paper using fine-line pigment markers.
Because I create everything from my studio in Bengaluru and Kochi, I am always open to custom requests. If you have a specific deity in mind, or if you want a mandala in colours that match your wall, just let me know. Bas, batao (just tell me) what you are envisioning, and we can figure out the size and style together. I also love making smaller, functional items like bookmarks and festive diyas, so even if you are looking for a small gift, I am happy to help.
