Every soap bar we create undergoes a four-week curing process. This traditional cold-process method is slower than factory manufacturing, but it is essential to retain the natural glycerin that keeps your skin hydrated. It means you get a denser, longer-lasting bar that truly cares for your skin instead of just stripping it.
I didn't start Arthlings to build a skincare brand. I started it because I didn't trust the chemical labels on the products I was using on my own child. When we say 'farm-to-skin,' we mean it. Our ingredients are grown at our farm in Baijnathpur Village, free from synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.
Why Cold-Process Matters
Commercial soaps are often detergent-based and mass-produced in minutes. Our cold-process method allows natural oils—like our blend of coconut and olive oil—to saponify slowly. We add raw ingredients like fresh goat milk, activated charcoal, or wild turmeric during this stage. Because we don’t use synthetic hardeners, this curing time is the only way to get a solid, effective bar.

My 'ghee for your skin' body butter came from a simple need for deep, lasting hydration. Made with a concentrated blend of Shea, Cocoa, and Virgin Coconut oil, it doesn't just sit on the surface; it penetrates and nourishes. Because we omit chemical preservatives, our products are sensitive to heat—exactly as a natural product should be.
