About this collection
When you need a batch of busts, consistency is the biggest challenge. Our process includes three full rounds of corrections on the initial clay model before we ever create a mold. This ensures that every piece in your order carries the same detail and expression, whether you need five statues or fifty. We handle the entire cycle in-house, so you aren't dealing with middlemen, just the artists who are actually sculpting your vision.
Our Process: From Clay to Casting
We don't believe in rushed manufacturing. Every bulk project begins at our Gurgaon studio with a master clay model. Whether it is a replica of a historical figure, like the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj busts we produce, or a custom award for a corporate event, the process remains the same.
- The Clay Master: We start with front and profile photographs to capture facial accuracy. We refine this model until you approve the likeness.
- Mold Making: Once the clay is finalized, we create a high-precision mold. This step is critical for ensuring that the final castings remain sharp and detailed.
- FRP Casting: We use Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP). It is our material of choice because it is lightweight, durable, and weather-resistant. We cast every piece with a 3-5mm wall thickness, making them sturdy enough to handle shipping and installation.
- The Finish: After casting, we apply automotive-grade PU paints. Whether you want a faux-bronze look, a classic marble finish, or something else entirely, our finishing team adds the final layer of polish that makes the sculpture pop.
