About Large-Scale Custom Sculptures
When you commission a life-size statue, we start with a clay master model that you approve before we cast anything in fiberglass. This ensures the posture and facial features are exactly what you imagined. Because these pieces are made with weather-resistant FRP, they are perfect for gardens or main entrances and are built to withstand the elements for years.
How We Build Your Vision
Creating a life-size sculpture is a journey that starts in our Kalkaji workshop. Whether you want a realistic panther for your living room, a classical bust for your garden, or a spiritual icon for your entrance, we follow a rigorous process to ensure the final piece matches your intent.
The Process
- Concept & Clay Master: We begin by sketching your idea and then sculpting a full-scale master model in clay. This is the most critical stage. You will review the posture, proportions, and expression before we proceed.
- Molding & Casting: Once the clay master is approved, we create a reusable mold. We cast the final figure in high-quality Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP). This material is lightweight yet incredibly durable and weather-resistant, making it suitable for both indoor displays and outdoor placement.
- Finishing: After casting, we sand and refine the texture. We offer various finishes, including Faux Bronze, Antique Gold, Stone Grey, or hyper-realistic skin tones depending on the style you choose.
Important Details
- Timeline: Because we create custom molds for every project, please allow 3-5 weeks for completion. Good art cannot be rushed, and this time allows for proper curing and finishing.
- Installation: We handle the transport and permanent fixing of your statue using steel bolts to ensure it stays secure on your floor or pedestal.
- Customization: We don't just replicate standard designs. If you have a unique concept, bring your reference images and ideas to the studio. We work with you to adapt the scale and finish to fit your specific space.
