Travel Memories in Miniature Art
I turn your favorite travel stories into collections of tiny, hand-painted landscapes. Whether it is a beach in Goa or a cabin in the mountains, let us turn your memories into a wall installation.
This is the "Our Memories" piece, a custom travel story canvas created for a family of avid travelers. The apple-shaped board serves as a unique backdrop for over twenty miniature paintings of their favorite destinations.

A close-up of some of the miniature travel paintings. Here you can see a sunset over the ocean and a beach with palm trees, each painted on a small wooden circle.
More details from the travel memory board, including a favorite cafe and other scenic views. I love the challenge of fitting a whole memory into a tiny space.

This miniature captures the beauty of cherry blossoms. Each small painting is a work of art on its own, contributing to the larger story.
About this collection
Getting these right takes time. I paint these on 3-inch wooden circles using acrylics and sand-based textures, so every piece has physical depth. When we plan your installation, we map out the layout on your wall first, whether you want a loose, organic flow or a structured grid, so it fits your space.
When you commission a travel wall, you are not just buying paintings. You are preserving a specific vibe. I often start by looking at your photos. I focus on the colors and the specific feeling of the place, then translate them onto 3-inch wooden circles.
My Process
- Photo Review: Send me your travel shots. I focus on the colors and the specific feeling of the place, not just perfect realism.
- Texture Work: I use acrylics and sand additives to give the art tactile depth. When light hits these, they cast subtle shadows, which makes them feel alive on your wall.
- Layout Planning: Whether you choose a large 4ft statement board or individual pieces to scatter across a hallway, I help you figure out the spacing. For the large MDF board installations, I handle the mounting hardware so it arrives ready to hang.
These pieces are meant to be touched and seen up close. If you have a long, empty hallway or a blank accent wall that needs a conversation starter, these miniature collections are exactly the kind of 'it' factor I love creating. It is personal, a bit quirky, and entirely yours.
