This is Pihu, a little girl who reminds me of the importance of curiosity over perfection. Her mom encourages her to explore and fail, raising a child whose spirit is free to create. It's a joy to watch her blossom at my workshops.
The little hands that melt my heart every time. There's something so precious about watching a child who once clutched your finger now holding a paintbrush, creating their very first masterpiece.
Who says boys don't paint? This is Shaurya, my little Harry Potter. Our sessions are filled with talks, laughter, and painting his favorite characters. This time is so much more precious than screen time.
When brothers paint together, it's a fun riot! Aarav and Rajveer came to the studio to paint their beach holiday memory, with a fun twist: they had to paint each other. The result was a cute, chaotic, and beautiful memory.
I silently captured this beautiful moment. This little one chanted the "Gayatri Mantra" as she painted, telling me her mom plays it at home. It was such a pure and heartwarming session.
When little hands are given wings, they create with all their heart. I believe in giving children the freedom to express themselves, to be responsible for their art, and to learn with joy.
My heart melted when I received this video from 5-year-old Pihu. Hearing her talk about her paintings and how my studio is her comfort space is the most beautiful feedback I could ever ask for.
This is what pure joy looks like. I believe every child is an artist, and my role is just to give them the colors and the freedom to create their own magic. Seeing this little one so proud of her painting is why I love what I do.
About Art Sessions for Kids & Families
I do not believe in hovering over a child’s shoulder to fix their brushstrokes. At Studio B&B, your child is in charge—whether they want to paint a character, a beach memory, or just experiment with texture paste. My role is to set the stage and keep the chai or coffee coming while they find their own rhythm, because I have seen that children learn better when they are free to fail and explore.
Why Curiosity Matters More Than Perfection
I often see parents worried that their child might 'ruin' the canvas. I tell them the same thing I tell the kids: there is no such thing as a mistake here. My workshops are built on the Wabi Sabi philosophy—finding beauty in imperfection. When we paint at Studio B&B in Noida, I don't follow a strict school-like curriculum. If a child wants to chant while painting or mix colors that don't match, that is exactly what we do.
The Studio B&B Experience
We are a small, family-run team. My mom is usually behind the camera capturing these moments, and I am guiding the brushes. It is a home studio, not a clinical classroom.
- Supplies: I handle the mess. I provide all paints, aprons, and canvases.
- Atmosphere: It is a safe, quiet space meant for focus and joy, away from the constant noise of screens.
- Connection: Whether it is a brother-sister duo painting each other or a mom-child pair, we focus on the conversations that happen while we create.

But if you want a space where your child feels seen, heard, and encouraged to be themselves, come over. We host individual sessions and family dates across weekends. Just bring yourself and wear something you do not mind getting a little colorful.
