When you pick a theme for a kid's room or bedroom, the secret is in how the lighting hits the shapes. I use profile LEDs tucked behind designs like butterflies or flowers to create a soft, glowing effect that adds depth without causing any glare.
Getting a theme right is about precision in the framing and the finish. Whether you want a starry night sky with moon cutouts for a bedroom or a vibrant flower pattern for a nursery, I use 12.5mm gypsum boards to ensure the curves and patterns have smooth, sharp edges. For these playful designs, I map out the fan, speaker, and light placements during the initial framing stage. This prevents any last-minute drilling that could ruin your theme. I also integrate color-changing LED strips so you can shift the mood of the room from a bright play area during the day to a calming, warm environment at night.
