Boarding & Finishing
- Gypsum Board: Installation of 12.5mm standard boards (Gyproc, USG Boral, or equivalent).
- Surface Prep: Jointing with fiber mesh tape and full surface POP punning to create a smooth, white, paint-ready surface.
Design Specifications
- Scope: Straight-line geometrics, peripheral trays, and 3-4 inch cove provisions for indirect lighting.
- Cutouts: Marking and cutting for downlighters, fans, and speakers based on electrical layout.
