Standard Turnkey Package (Laminate)
Design & Consultation
- Visualization: Comprehensive 2D layouts and 3D conceptual renders provided to visualize the space.
- Supervision: End-to-end project management with regular site visits by the lead designer.
- Selection: Assisted visits to wholesale markets for selecting laminates, handles, and lights.
Civil & Ceiling Work
- False Ceiling: Gypsum false ceiling in the Living Room and Master Bedroom, including perimeter designs and cove creation for indirect lighting.
- Painting: 2-3 coats of premium emulsion (e.g., Asian Paints Apcolite) with complete wall putty and primer base preparation.
- Electrical: Relocation of switchboards and points; supply and installation of standard LED panel lights and strip lights.
Modular Kitchen
- Structure: BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Ply internal structure with 1mm High-Gloss or Matte Laminate finish on shutters.
- Hardware: Stainless steel wire baskets (cutlery, cup & saucer, thalis) and standard soft-close hinges (Ebco or Godrej).
- Countertop: Granite platform (Jet Black range) with basic ceramic tile backsplash.
Furniture & Storage
- Wardrobes: Custom floor-to-ceiling wardrobes using MR Grade plywood with external 1mm laminate finish and internal white lamination.

My Process, Step by Step
- First, I visit your site and listen to your ideas.
- I show you design mockups and digital plans, so you know what to expect.
- We choose materials together. I’ll take you to showrooms for tiles, laminates, lights, hardware.
- My team takes over the civil work, custom modular kitchen design, painting, and furniture.
- Final handover only after a thorough check.
