About Our Archery Family: Events & Celebrations
We take our traditions as seriously as our technique. During festivals like Dussehra and Ram Navami, we perform a traditional Shastra Pooja for our bows. It is our way of grounding ourselves, respecting our equipment, and reminding everyone that before we aim for the bullseye, we must respect the tool in our hands.
Archery is often seen as a solitary sport, but at Arjuna Sports Archery Academy, we see it differently. Our range in Bandra West is a hub where competition meets camaraderie. Whether you are a senior archer preparing for a national qualifier or a 'chotu' picking up a bow for the first time, our community is designed to keep you motivated.
The Sunday Showdowns
Every Sunday, we clear the practice lanes for our match simulations. This isn't just about shooting arrows. We run full ranking rounds and elimination matches that mimic the pressure of real tournaments. It helps our students build the temperament needed for competitive success. You will see parents cheering, officials carefully marking scores, and teammates helping each other adjust their sight settings.
