Perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays are full of chemicals that can discolour oxidised silver or degrade the glue on Kundan stones. Always apply these products, let them dry completely, and only then put on your jewellery.
Dealing with Tarnish
If your oxidised silver jewellery loses its shine, do not use harsh chemical cleaners. A gentle wipe with a dry, soft cotton cloth is usually enough. For silk thread items, avoid water entirely.
