Our Operational Scope

For destination events, we don't just arrive on the day. Our process includes:

• Technical Recce: We conduct site visits to finalize layouts, understand venue constraints, and secure local permissions.
• Guest Experience: We manage the hospitality desk, handling room allocations, airport pickups, and shuttle services, ensuring your guests feel welcomed from the moment they land.
• Vendor Import: We coordinate the travel and stay of your specialized talent, such as MUAs, DJs, and photographers, ensuring they are integrated into the venue schedule seamlessly.
• Logistics & Transport: Managing cross-border transport of specific decor props or flowers is a standard part of our international mandate.

The Human Element

Behind the scenes, we operate a 10–12 member crew for destination projects. This team acts as the nervous system of your event—handling everything from the arrival of the bride's trousseau to the late-night coordination of SFX teams. We maintain a constant presence, ensuring that when you step into your Sangeet or Varmala, the scene is set exactly as promised in our 3D renders.
