About Lakeside Fun & Water Sports
The lake is the heart of Area 83, but don't be fooled—paddling or water cycling is a proper workout. You will be burning calories while taking in the views, which is honestly the best kind of cardio. Just remember that life jackets are mandatory for everyone, regardless of how good a swimmer you are, so keep that in mind before you head down to the dock.
Our lake isn't just for show. It’s where the adventure turns into a bit of zen. If you are here for the workout, grab a single kayak. You will be using your arms, shoulders, and core, and it is genuinely more effective than a gym session. If you are here with a friend or partner, hop into one of our double kayaks or water cycles. It is a great way to bond while actually getting a bit of movement in.
We keep things strictly regulated for safety. You get a quick briefing from our crew, and you get a life vest. Once you are out on the water, the city noise just drops off. It is the perfect counter-balance to the adrenaline-heavy rides we have at other parts of the resort. We see plenty of folks spending an hour on the water, then heading over to the buffet to refuel. If you have a group, we have enough kayaks to get everyone out there at once, so you can race or just drift. It is simple, refreshing, and the best way to spend a few hours on a weekend.

We are just a bunch who got tired of the constant honking and city crowds, so we built this escape on Bannerghatta Road. We wanted a place where you can switch off, get some fresh air, and actually have fun without any of the usual stress. Come as you are, leave recharged.
