The Infrastructure Process

We follow a rigorous sequence to ensure long-term durability:

• Survey & Site Clearing: Before any construction, we analyze the terrain for natural drainage and vegetation. We use excavators to clear debris, level the ground, and remove boulders that would otherwise create weak spots.
• Road Network: Depending on your budget and usage, we construct either reinforced cement concrete roads or interlocking paver blocks. Both require a solid GSB layer and heavy vibratory rolling. If this compaction step is rushed, the surface will sink over time.
• Drainage & Utilities: We install underground sewage and storm water lines alongside road construction. This prevents the messy, destructive process of digging up finished roads later to lay pipes.
• Perimeter Security: A boundary wall is your first line of defense. We construct solid masonry or pre-cast walls that align with your entrance arch design.
