My Journey and Achievements in Dance
Dance is not just about steps, it is about owning your space and feeling like the main character. From reality TV stages to your next big event, this is how I turned my passion into my profession.
Empowered women empower women. Being crowned by Sonalee Kulkarni and RJ Malishka on the 'Dancing Queen' stage was an honor and a moment of immense gratitude.
Another shot from the 'Dancing Queen' finale. This experience reinforced my commitment to my craft and my message of body positivity in the world of dance.
I don’t do background roles in my own life. This is the energy and confidence I bring to my work as a choreographer and entrepreneur.
About My Journey & Achievements
When I teach on set, I never demand perfection. I focus on actor-friendly movement, which means I break down steps into simple, natural gestures that work for your body type. If you have ever felt like you have two left feet or thought 'Are mala nahi jamat', my method is designed to help you drop that stress and just move.
People see the final performance and assume it was smooth, but being a plus-size dancer in an industry that usually expects a specific look has been my biggest challenge. My time as a finalist on Dancing Queen taught me that talent has nothing to do with size. That platform allowed me to show the world that 'size large, full charge' is not just a catchphrase, it is a statement of intent.
Since that reality show journey, I have taken those lessons onto television sets across Star Pravah, Dangal TV, and Sun Marathi. Whether I am choreographing a romantic sequence for a serial or managing a massive mythological setup like Shiv Tandav, my goal remains the same. I want to help actors who feel intimidated by choreography find their rhythm.
I specialize in quick, high-pressure turnarounds, often finishing entire sequences in under an hour. I work with the camera angles and costumes to make sure the movement looks great without requiring weeks of rehearsal. If you are looking for a choreographer who understands that dance should be therapy, not a source of anxiety, let us talk.
