Since I work exclusively with fresh flowers, my pieces are delicate and designed for immediate use. For items like my hand-knotted Tagar-jaali dupattas or themed ring platters, please let me know your event theme at least a few days in advance. These are not preserved items; they are crafted to stay fresh and look their best for your 4 to 6 hour celebration.
Behind the Craft
When I design a piece, I don't use fabric bases or plastic supports. Take my Tagar-jaali dupattas, for example. I hand-knot over 3,000 fresh Tagar buds together to create a natural, net-like mesh. It is a labor of love that results in a heavy, fragrant, and stunning drape that you won't find in any store.
How I Customize Your Props
I love a challenge. If you have a specific vision, I can likely build it using fresh blooms and greenery. Here is how I usually handle custom requests:
- Themed Platters: I create 10 to 12-inch platters with 3D elements like peacock feathers, LED lights, or acrylic name cutouts.
- Baby Shower Props: I design symbolic items like the Dhanushbaan (bow and arrow) or hand-woven coconut leaf baskets, fully decorated with roses and baby's breath.
- Personalized Brooches: I can create custom floral brooches for parents-to-be or members of your immediate family to pin onto their outfits.

- Lifespan: Because these are fresh, they have a prime window of 4 to 6 hours. They are perfect for your main ceremony or photoshoot.
- Care: Keep these items in a cool place before your event. They are delicate and should be handled gently.
- Materials: I use locally sourced Dutch and Desi roses, Tagar, and Gypsophila. Everything is designed to be lightweight and easy to hold or wear.
