Concept & Audio Design

• Thematic Storyboarding: Creation of a cohesive show flow (e.g., "Bollywood Awards," "Fairy Tale," or "Timeline of Love") customized to the couple's history.
• Professional Audio Mixing: Studio-quality track mixing, including mashups, dialogue integration, and tempo adjustments for non-dancers.
• Visual Direction: Guidance on stage positioning and "Camera Blocking" to ensure performances look perfect for the wedding film and social media reels.

Choreography & Rehearsals

• Scope: Choreography for up to 10-12 performance slots (Includes Bride/Groom solos, Couple dance, Parents' act, and large group Family/Friends acts).
• Flexible Rehearsals: Intensive practice sessions conducted at the client's home or the provider's studio. Includes a mix of in-person drills and recorded video tutorials for out-of-town guests.
• Virtual Coordination: Dedicated Zoom sessions for international family members to ensure they are stage-ready upon arrival.

On-Site Show Management

• Stage Manager: A dedicated team member present on the event day to handle the line-up, cue the console (DJ/Lights), and manage backstage coordination.
• Final Tech Run: Coordination of the technical rehearsal (sound check and stage spacing) at the venue prior to the event.

Professional Troupe & Talent

• Background Dancers: A team of 6-8 professional dancers (Male & Female) to accompany the Bride/Groom and key family acts, providing a televised awards show aesthetic.
• Troupe Costumes: Full costume styling and sourcing for the professional dancers to match the specific color palette and theme of the event.
• Fillers & Introduction: High-energy opening and filler acts performed by the professional troupe to keep the energy up between family performances.

Visuals & Production Design

• Custom LED Graphics (VJ): Creation of bespoke motion graphics and background visuals for LED screens, perfectly time-synced with the choreography.
• Prop Bank: Rental and logistics for large-scale stage props (Giant Crescent Moons, Oversized Frames) and handheld props (Ribbon wands, LED Batons, Umbrellas, Custom Face Masks).
• SFX Designing: Choreographing the "Money Shot" moments—planning specific cues for Cold Pyro, Low-lying Fog (Dry Ice), and Confetti blasts (Hardware costs paid to vendor, execution managed here).

Comprehensive Direction

• Includes Everything in Item 1: Full family choreography, rehearsals, and audio mixing as detailed in the Signature Package.
• Shadow Acts/Special Concepts: Execution of complex concepts like "Shadow screens" or "Laser illusions".

Choreography & Concept

• Conceptualization: Designing a unique entry theme (e.g., "Poolside Haldi Flashmob" or "Romantic First Dance").
• Audio Editing: Custom track mixing (approx. 3-4 minutes) to ensure the song length is perfect for a non-dancer's stamina.
• Rehearsals: Up to 3-4 intensive rehearsal sessions (in-studio or virtual) to perfect the moves and expressions.

Performance Support

• Tutorial Video: A step-by-step breakdown video sent to the couple/group for home practice.
• Styling Advice: Basic consultation on how to manage the outfit (lehenga/sherwani) during the specific lifts or steps.
