About Our Legacy of Trust
When I started back in 1985, we focused on simple, saada homemade meals. Over three decades later, while we now manage everything from international fusion counters to large-scale events at Symphony Banquets, the core remains the same: treating every event as if it were for my own family. You will see that reflected not just in the industry awards we have received, but in the repeat business we get from clients who first hired us years ago.
In my 36 years as a caterer in Mumbai, I have learned that the biggest compliment isn't an industry award—though I am truly honoured by the recognition at the Catering and Décor Expo—but a client who tells me the food tasted like their aaji’s (grandma's) cooking. My journey began with simple, traditional preparations, but as the city’s tastes evolved, so did my menu.
Whether I am overseeing a 500-person wedding at Symphony Banquets in Andheri or a small Satvik family gathering, my approach is consistent: authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and a team that treats your guests with courtesy. It is why we have successfully managed over 5000 events.
