Mehendi isn't just for the bride. From masculine patterns for grooms to elegant, complementary designs for bridesmaids and family, I make sure everyone is celebration-ready.

A classic groom's mehendi featuring majestic peacocks and traditional 'mojari' (groom's shoes), with the bride's initial 'B' included.

A detailed portrait of the bride and groom, a wonderful surprise for the groom to have on his hands.

A minimalist groom design with the couple's hashtag, initials, and wedding date. Simple, modern, and full of meaning.

This groom's mehendi tells the story of the wedding with a full Varmala ceremony scene depicted across the palms.

A gorgeous, heavy design for the groom's sister, featuring royal elephants and swans.

A happy sister of the groom showing off her beautiful mehendi, a full and intricate design perfect for wedding festivities.

This is a "sider" design, an elaborate pattern created for a close family member to match the grandeur of the wedding.

Another example of a heavy, conceptual design for a family member, filled with peacocks and architectural elements.

A beautiful single-hand design for a bridesmaid or relative, featuring elephants and a peacock.

A full-coverage, heavy design for a family member, ensuring they look just as festive as the bride.

About For the Groom & Wedding Party

When I design for grooms, I focus on clean, masculine patterns that often feature initials, the wedding hashtag, or simple geometric line work. Most groom sessions are quick—usually under 2 hours—so it does not interrupt your pre-wedding festivities.

While bridal mehendi is the star of the show, I truly believe the rest of the wedding party deserves to be just as festive. Mehendi is a shared celebration, and my goal is to provide designs that match the vibe of your event, whether it's a sangeet, an engagement, or the main wedding day.

For the Groom

I work with many grooms who want a subtle nod to the tradition without getting a heavy, full-hand design. We can incorporate your wedding hashtag, the date, or initials in a modern, minimalistic style. I usually use a high-quality, natural henna mix that gives a rich color without requiring an overly long sitting time.

For Bridesmaids and Family

I love working with sisters, mothers, and friends to create designs that complement the bride's look without overshadowing it. Whether you want an intricate 'sider' design—a popular choice for family members who want something dense and photo-ready—or simpler, elegant motifs on the palms, we can coordinate the style to match the wedding aesthetic.

Practical Details

I travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area for group bookings. If you have a larger group of bridesmaids or family members, I recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance to ensure I can dedicate the necessary time for everyone. I use 100% natural, chemical-free henna, so it is safe for all skin types. Just let me know the headcount when you reach out, and we can figure out the best timing to keep everything stress-free for your big day.

Hi, I'm Anjali. I have been working in Mumbai for 12 years and truly believe mehendi is for everyone, not just the bride. Whether it's a subtle hashtag for the groom or a heavy, matching pattern for the bridesmaids, I love getting the whole family ready for the big day.
