A glimpse into my signature style, featuring everything from intricate love stories to traditional motifs and that perfect, deep stain I promise every bride.

Your mehendi should be as unique as your love story. For this bride, I incorporated her passion for dance and her partner's love for cricket, along with a special illustration of the Manali mountains where their journey began. Let's tell your story together.

This is a full bridal mehendi design that goes up to the elbows, filled with classic Indian motifs. Notice the intricate jharokha architecture, delicate lotuses, and fine jaal net patterns that create a rich, traditional look for the bride.

Bridal mehendi isn't just for the hands. I create beautiful, detailed designs for feet that complement your overall bridal look, like these adorable elephants under an umbrella, surrounded by peacock and floral patterns.

Your mehendi can hold what's closest to your heart. I was honored to create this portrait for a bride to have her late father with her on her special day. It's a new and emotional way to customize your bridal henna.

Grooms deserve beautiful mehendi too. This design features a full narrative scene of a traditional Indian wedding ceremony, including the varmala exchange, making it a stunning and meaningful piece for the groom.

See the magic happen. This video shows the transformation from a delicate outline of a royal groom in a palanquin to a fully shaded and detailed masterpiece. This is where my natural henna paste brings the art to life.

The final result is everything. Here you can see the beautiful, deep reddish-brown stain my natural henna leaves behind. This bride is joyfully showing off her intricate design, which is the perfect accessory for her wedding day.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing my brides shine. This bride is glowing at her mehendi ceremony, her hands adorned with a custom design that includes her pets and a Ganesha motif for blessings.

About Featured

The secret to these designs is our pre-booking consultation. Whether you want to weave your proposal story into your palms, include pet portraits, or prefer classic traditional motifs, we start by mapping out your vision together. Don't worry about the technical details—I will guide you through the process to ensure every line looks perfect on your wedding day.

Your Story, My Canvas

For the past 12 years, I have been turning palms into canvases for love stories. This collection showcases the breadth of my work, ranging from heavy, storytelling bridal pieces to elegant, traditional patterns that never go out of style.

Why my approach is different

  • Storytelling Design: I don't just apply patterns. I listen to your journey—where you met, your hobbies, your pets, or even a tribute to a loved one—and weave those elements into the henna. It is deeply personal work.
  • The 'Perfect One Day Stain': I am obsessed with colour. I prepare my own henna cones using only 100% natural, chemical-free ingredients. The deep, reddish-brown stain you see in my gallery is the result of natural dye release, not chemicals. I will always provide you with a care guide to help you achieve the darkest possible colour.
  • Versatility: While I am known for my intricate bridal storytelling, I am equally comfortable with minimalist, modern designs, traditional jaal (net) work, and masculine patterns for grooms.

The Process

When you book with me, we start with a consultation to finalize your concept. I am based in Mumbai and travel across the city for my brides. Because my work is custom-drawn, I recommend booking well in advance, especially if you have a complex 'Love Story' design in mind. Let’s create something that is not just mehendi, but a piece of art you will cherish in your wedding photos.

I'm Anjali, and for the last 12 years, I've been turning bridal palms into canvases for love stories. My process is simple: I listen to your journey, your quirks, and your dreams, then hand-draw them with organic, chemical-free henna to give you that deep, rich colour you'll love.
