- Signage: Rental LED Neon sign (e.g. Oh Baby) or custom sunboard name cut out.
Furniture & Props
- Seating: 1 Premium rental chair (Wicker Peacock, Velvet sofa, or Butterfly chair) with floral accents.
- Themed Cutouts: 2 to 3 foam board standees (3 ft height) matching the theme (e.g. Clouds, Teddy Bear).
- Flooring: 8x4 ft printed vinyl or rug to match the backdrop.
Logistics
- Team: Setup and tear down by 2 decorators (approx. 3 hour setup time).
- Transport: Includes logistics for Western Suburbs venues.

Main Decor
- Grand Stage: Expanded 10 to 12 ft wide setup with layered elements (shimmer walls, arch structures, or 3D props).
- Entrance: Welcome easel with personalized board and a balloon pillar entry.
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical plinths or a vintage table styled to match the theme.
- Guest Area: 8 to 10 thematic table centerpieces (mini hot air balloons or floral vases).
Entertainment
- Anchor: Professional Emcee for 3 hours to manage event flow and conduct games.
- Activities: Props provided for 3 to 4 standard games (e.g. Diaper Pong) plus a Wish Station with custom cards.
- Effects: Bubble machine or fog machine usage for key moments.
Management
- Staff: Dedicated on site supervisor to coordinate timeline and vendors.
