Sacred Moments of Our Spiritual Community
A glimpse into our sanctuary where we gather to chant, meditate, and walk the path of Yogananda together. Come find the stillness that resides within.
Here is a moment from our Sunday Satsang, where our spiritual family gathers to meditate in a circle of peace. You can see the gentle glow of the altar and the harmonium, which fills the room with sacred chants before we settle into the shared silence of group meditation.
Listen to our dear gurubhai, Acharya Venkat, share what being part of our spiritual community means to him. He speaks of the transformation he has experienced and the unique peace he finds at our center, surrounded by nature and fellow devotees.

A short talk on finding balance between inner practice and outer service, or 'seva'. We teach that both meditation and selfless action are essential for spiritual growth, and God will guide you to what you need most at any given moment.

The soulful sound of a Hindi chant, "Dheere Dheere Ao Na," sung during one of our kirtans. The harmonium's melody is a call to the Divine, inviting God's presence into our hearts and creating an atmosphere of deep devotion.

About Featured
You will not find a commercial setup here. We gather in simple, quiet spaces, whether at our Kanakapura road center or community halls, where the focus remains entirely on inner stillness and the teachings of Yogananda. Whether you are chanting with the harmonium or sitting in shared silence, come as you are to join us for a session.
Our gatherings are built on the principle of satsang, a term meaning 'fellowship with truth.' We believe that when we meditate together, the collective energy makes it easier to go deeper than we might on our own.
At our center on Kanakapura road, we create an environment that minimizes distraction. You will often find us sitting on simple cushions, with the altar adorned in a way that helps turn our gaze inward. Our sessions follow a consistent rhythm: we start with chanting, which helps to soften the heart and calm the mind, followed by guided meditation where we practice stillness.
We emphasize the practical application of spiritual teachings. It is not just about the time spent on the cushion, but how we carry that peace into our daily lives. Whether you are joining us for a Sunday Satsang or a weekend retreat, you will find a space free from judgment. We are a family of fellow travelers, and our doors are open to everyone, regardless of whether you are a beginner looking to learn to meditate or a long-time Kriyaban deepening your sadhana.

We are a group of fellow travelers walking the Yogananda path together. There are no gurus among us, just a spiritual family sharing what helped us find joy inside. Come as you are, and you will feel right at home.
