About Hip Hop & Freestyle Expression

In my sessions, we focus on raw technique rather than just memorizing choreography. We spend the first 30 minutes on intense conditioning—essential for B-boying freezes and power moves—before moving to freestyle drills. Training happens in practical spaces, not fancy studios, so wear comfortable clothes and thick-soled sneakers.
