From electric college stages to high-stakes corporate summits, I bridge the gap between the audience and the event through seamless flow management and crowd-first interaction.

This is where I feel most at home, on a big stage, connecting with a massive, energetic audience. Capturing the electrifying vibe of a packed auditorium at IIT Bombay's Techfest is what I live for.

Setting the stage for Bollywood royalty. It was an absolute thrill to build the energy and welcome the incredible Katrina Kaif with a grand entry that had the entire audience roaring.

Clarity, professionalism, and a commanding presence are key for prestigious corporate events. I was honored to be the host for the Charaka Awards 2025, celebrating excellence in the dental industry at the World Dental Show.

Moderating a panel is about creating a real conversation. Here I am, deep in discussion with actress Pragya Jaiswal at TEDx NM College, exploring ideas on creativity, cinema, and discipline.

An event is only as good as its energy. This is one of my favorite icebreakers, a simple but highly effective crowd energizer activity that gets even the largest audiences engaged and ready for the main event.

Connecting with icons who inspire the youth is a huge part of what I do. Here's a moment from my conversation with Gaurav Taneja, also known as Flying Beast, during the E-Cell Summit at IIT Bombay.

Some events are more than just a job. Hosting the Awarathon to raise awareness for Alzheimer's and Dementia was a deeply meaningful experience, from leading the walk to facilitating important conversations on stage.

The power of community. Standing united with participants at the Awarathon, an event by Alkem Foundation and HelpAge India, to support a cause that matters.

About Featured

People often ask if I follow a script. While I respect the 'Run of Order' and sponsor protocols, my real work starts when the script ends. Whether it’s an icebreaker game to wake up a post-lunch corporate audience or managing an unexpected technical delay, I focus on reading the room to keep energy levels high. I ensure every transition between speakers feels natural and conversational, not just like a list of announcements.

Every event has a different heartbeat, and my hosting style adapts to match it. Whether I am at a tech summit in a convention center or a college fest in an open ground, the core philosophy remains the same: the audience needs to feel connected to the stage.

How I Adapt to Your Event

  • Corporate & Professional Summits: For industry conclaves, medical conferences, or awards nights, I maintain a polished, articulate presence. My focus here is on timekeeping, managing the flow of C-suite panels, and ensuring that serious business discussions remain engaging without losing professional gravity.

  • College Fests & Youth Events: This is where I turn up the energy. Dealing with crowds of thousands requires high-stamina performance. I use 'call and response' engagement, crowd-control games, and witty Hinglish to keep students engaged between major acts or technical changeovers.

  • Social & Community Causes: When hosting awareness marathons or charity events, I shift to a more grounded, empathetic tone. It is about amplifying the cause and making sure the participants feel heard and appreciated.

My Process

I treat every event like a production. Before I step on stage, I do the deep work: researching guest profiles for moderation, understanding the event flow, and prepping for potential hiccups. By the time I grab the mic, the goal is simple: ensure your schedule runs on time while creating moments that the audience actually remembers.

I'm Aman, and the stage is my home. I don't just hold the mic; I read the energy of the crowd and shift gears accordingly—whether it's keeping things formal for a medical conference or turning a fest into a full-on concert. My goal is to make sure that by the time I step off, the audience leaves with a memory, not just a checklist of speakers.
