Hosting for the Youth
Hosting a college fest is a different beast compared to a corporate event. You have 2,000+ students, loud music, and a shifting schedule. My job is to bridge those gaps—using call-and-response techniques, quick-witted crowd games like the Opposite Game, and keeping the stage momentum alive even when there is a technical delay. Whether it is an EDM night at Techfest or a panel discussion at an NM College summit, I treat the audience as part of the performance.

- Crowd Engagement: I use a mix of Hindi and English to connect with students instantly. No robotic announcements; I aim for spontaneous banter.
- Celebrity & Guest Handling: From introducing Bollywood stars like Shraddha Kapoor to moderating deep-dive panels with entrepreneurs like Gaurav Taneja, I manage the stage so guests feel comfortable and the audience stays hooked.
- Technical & Flow Management: I coordinate with organizing committees regarding the run of order, ensuring we hit our time markers while keeping the vibe relaxed and fun.
