Hosting high-profile events requires balancing brand requirements with the comfort of celebrities and experts on stage. I focus on creating a flow that feels professional yet engaging.

There's no better feedback than when a star like Katrina Kaif walks over to shake your hand after a successful event. A truly memorable moment.

It was an absolute pleasure to interview the legendary cricketer Virender Sehwag for an event with Epic TV. His wit is as sharp off the field as it was on it.

Sharing a frame with the talented actress and athlete Saiyami Kher at the ASICS Tata Mumbai Marathon merchandise launch, an event I was delighted to host.

It was a pleasure meeting acclaimed film director Vikramaditya Motwane at a recent media event I hosted in Mumbai.

Posing at the ASICS press launch. These media events require a host who can manage the press, interact with celebrities, and keep the energy high.

About Celebrity & Media Events

When you bring celebrities or high-profile guests on stage, the biggest challenge is keeping the conversation organic while hitting your timing marks. I do not just read from a script. I watch body language and react in real-time, which keeps interviews from feeling like a press release. It is about making the guest comfortable enough to share something unscripted, because that is what makes an event feel authentic.

Managing a media launch or a celebrity-led panel requires more than just speaking skills. It is about understanding the run of order and respecting the limitations of the talent. Whether I am interviewing someone like Virender Sehwag or facilitating a press launch for brands like ASICS, my focus stays on bridging the gap between the brand and the talent.

I spend time researching the guest, understanding their previous interviews, and finding an angle that feels new. During live events, technical glitches happen and the pressure is high. My job is to handle those delays with banter or quick improvisation so the audience does not feel the lag.

For media events, I ensure the transition between the formal brand messaging and the interactive guest session feels smooth. I handle the audience Q&A sessions to ensure the questions remain relevant and the speakers are not put on the spot. My background spans hosting everything from marathon launches to corporate conclaves, so I know how to adapt my tone from a formal suit-and-tie setting to a high-energy sport-lifestyle environment.

When we talk about celebrity management, it is often about subtle cues. Giving space, knowing when to interject, and ensuring the branding is visible without being intrusive are key parts of the process. I prioritize these details so the client, the guest, and the media leave with exactly the content they needed.
