For this Chattarpur residence, our responsibility extended far beyond interior styling. We managed the entire site, from the structural facade and arched windows to the customized marble flooring and complex MEP layouts. Because we handle both the architectural shell and the final finishes internally, you do not need to coordinate between multiple contractors for intricate elements like the plaster mouldings or the custom stone joinery seen throughout the project.

Executing a project of this scale requires technical precision. We began with a detailed site analysis to plan the activity flow of the bungalow, ensuring that the heavy stone work and large-format Italian marble flooring were structurally supported. A primary focus was the neo-classical aesthetic, achieved through consistent wall treatments, coffered ceilings, and custom-designed plaster mouldings that frame the interior spaces.

Unlike fragmented renovation processes, our turnkey model integrates architecture and interiors from the start. We handled the HVAC planning, electrical conduit routing, and smart home automation systems during the early stages, which is why the visual finish remains seamless today. The kitchen and formal dining areas feature bespoke millwork, including cabinet joinery and stone island tops, all produced and installed by our own team.
