About Building Strength & Flexibility
Strength in yoga is not about rushing into advanced poses. We focus on slow and steady progression to build real muscle tone and core stability. Whether you are using a rope wall to engage your shoulders or focusing on alignment to hold a plank correctly, my method ensures you are building a foundation that prevents injury rather than just moving through the motions.
Many people believe yoga is only about flexibility. In my classes, we use specific routines to challenge your endurance and improve physical resilience. I combine Hatha and Vinyasa styles to build heat and muscle while keeping your spine safe.
Alignment is non-negotiable. If you struggle with a pose, we do not skip it; we modify it. We use wooden blocks, belts, and wall-mounted ropes to help you find the right position. This allows even beginners to work on their strength without the fear of falling or straining.
Our Noida studio sessions are limited to small groups of 8 to 12 people. This ensures I can walk around and physically adjust your posture to prevent common mistakes. If you are training for weight loss, we also incorporate resistance-building flows that keep your metabolism active. It is not about looking perfect in a photo; it is about feeling stronger, more agile, and pain-free in your daily life.
